Booking conditions

ATTENTION: You must have the right conditions to ski down the Vallée Blanche. The guide company will give you all the details to prepare you. Your ski pass will be collected at the Montenvers ticket office the day before your ascent. We can also take your luggage up if you drop it off at the station the morning of your ascent to the Aiguille du Midi. THE PASS DOES NOT GIVE ACCESS TO THE SKI AREAS.

Reservations must be made with the hotel, by calling 04 50 53 88 61 or by sending an e-mail to contact@refugemontenvers.fr.

Valid and usable according to the availability of the hotel and of a guide of the Compagnie des Guides of Chamonix, for one night during the week (Sunday to Thursday) and outside school vacations.

For any specific request (triple room or family of 6 people maximum), please contact the reservation department directly.

The Montenvers site is not accessible by car. You will reach the Refuge by skiing down the Vallée Blanche (having taken the Aiguille du Midi in the morning). And to go down the next day, 30 minutes on the Montenvers train will be necessary.

If the service is cancelled by the guide because of the weather, we will offer a postponement or a full refund.
If the client cancels before 12:00 the day before the descent, there will be a penalty of 18 € on the company's service plus 50% of the amount of the room from D-10.
If the client cancels after 12:00 the day before the descent, there will be a penalty of 100% of the company's service plus 50% of the amount of the room.

This credit will not be refunded if it has not been used in full. Supplements will be paid directly on site. The credit can be also used in our restaurant Le Panoramique and in the Bar des Glaciers.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are valid from 31 October 2019. They replace any other form of general terms and conditions of sale previously in force relating to the sale of commercial offers.

Any customer, before committing, certifies being able to conclude a contract according to the terms of articles 1123 and 1224 of the civil code.

In the event of an error in the sending or content of the exchange voucher, or a deterioration of the exchange voucher when it is sent, you have a 14-day period from the day of receipt to inform the institution.
